Who is this for?

Professional mentoring is for autism professionals who have completed The Attuned Practitioner and are ready to deepen their connection to their work by discovering their authentic therapeutic selves and learning how to bring that self into every moment of practice.

Because every practitioner’s journey is unique, professional mentoring is tailored to your individual goals and curiosities. Together, we might explore how to strengthen your ability to read and respond to a child’s cues, use affect and movement to deepen engagement, expand co-regulation and scaffolding skills, enrich parent collaboration, or pursue entirely unique directions for your practice.

What should I expect?

Professional Mentoring is a virtual, 6-week program in which you will meet with Ashley once a week. Each week, you will submit a therapy video to Ashley before the session. Then, together, you’ll identify your strengths, explore opportunities for growth, and create individualized developmental profiles for your clients equipped with individualized strategies that support everyone's goals.

Step 1: Submit a short therapy video

Share a 5-8 minute video of your therapy session and send it to Ashley to review before your mentoring session.

Step 2: Meet with Ashley 1-on-1

During your session, you and Ashley will watch moments from your video and reflect on what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s emerging in your practice. Together, you’ll build unique developmental profiles for your clients to better understand how to support their growth.

Step 3: Apply new strategies

You’ll leave each session with individualized strategies designed to support the whole child—helping you approach your work more holistically and prepare each child for higher levels of learning and engagement.
