• Biomedical factors — the underlying physical conditions that affect regulation
• Motor planning — how the body plans and carries out movement
• Visual processing — how a child takes in and makes sense of what they see
• Auditory processing — how a child takes in and makes sense of what they hear
• Sensory processing — how all incoming sensory information gets organized
• Arousal — how a child's alertness and energy shift throughout the day
• Emotional modulation — how feelings build, spike, and settle

By the end, you'll understand each piece on its own, and how they work together.
